Cancellation Policy


1.1. Cancellation Requests:

1.2. Cancellation Deadline:
To be eligible for a full or partial refund, cancellation requests must be made within 7 days from the date of your ad panel purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

2.1. Full Refunds:
Tweens will provide a full refund of the ad panel purchase price if the following conditions are met:
a. The cancellation request is made within the specified cancellation deadline.
b. The ad has not yet been published or displayed.
c. No additional services or modifications have been performed on the ad panel.

2.2. Partial Refunds:
In cases where ad panels have been published or displayed, or if additional services or modifications have been performed, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the extent of services rendered and expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation.

2.3. Non-Refundable Services:
Certain services, such as design and creative work, may be non-refundable due to the labor and resources invested. Please contact our customer support team for clarification on which services are non-refundable.

2.4. Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the ad panel purchase. It may take up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Tweens reserves the right to make changes to the ad panel services, including pricing, availability, and features, at any time without prior notice. We will make our best effort to notify you of any significant changes that may affect your ad panel.
